Nepal Police Cyber Bureau has arrested a person on the charge of stealing source code. Santosh Sigdel of Tanahun has been arrested for stealing source code (computer code) and causing damage to intellectual property.
The Bureau has arrested Santosh Sigdel, a 35-year-old operator of Matrix Softtech Pvt.
Sigdel, who has a permanent home in Tanahu, was currently operating Matrix Softtech in Sanepa, Lalitpur.
He was arrested on Wednesday under the Electronic Commerce Act 2063 and necessary investigation is underway, police said.
